According to a report by Politico, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is set to present a bold “victory plan” to U.S. President Joe Biden next week, calling for decisive actions from Kyiv’s international partners by the end of this year. After the U.S. presentation, the victory plan will be shared publicly, including with international communities and Russia.
